Screen printing is done by printing ink through a fine mesh screen onto a substrate. There are three key components in the process: art, screens and the print.
The process begins with the art. Windy City Apparel will work with you on your idea and present it for approval. Once approval of the art on a virtual mock up is given, the design is then broken down into separate colors.
Once separated, the design is then burned to a screen via our exposure unit. After the screen is made, it’s time to print. Our automatic presses offer very consistent, sharp, vibrant images each time an order is produced.

Our talented design team is happy to bring your ideas to life; however, if you already have a logo or artwork done, it will definitely save a little time!

Turnaround Time
We typically require two weeks for order completion; however, rush service is available and carries an additional fee.
Minimum Requirements
